REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your business at Wentures Wholesale. We value your patronage and work hard to make sure you’re happy with every purchase. The terms and conditions for requesting refunds and returns are outlined in our refund and return policy, which you should carefully review.

1. 30-Day Refund Policy:

  • Within 30 days of the delivery date, you can return eligible items for a complete refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.

2. How to Start a Refund:

  • Open your Wentures Wholesale account and log in.
  • Navigate to the “Order History” area and choose the order that has the products you want to return.
  • To begin the return procedure, adhere to the guidelines.
  • You will receive instructions on how to ship the items back to us once your request for a return is approved.

3. Procedure for Refunds:

  • Once the returned items are received, refunds will be processed in a timeframe of 7 to 10 business days.
  • The original payment method used for the purchase will be refunded.
  • Unless there was a mistake on our end, there is no refund for shipping costs.

4. Not included:

  • Returns may not be accepted for some items, including bespoke or personalized goods.
  • Items that are damaged as a result of abuse, carelessness, or normal wear and tear are not returnable.

5. Broken or flawed products:

  • Within seven days of receiving the order, please get in touch with customer service if you receive a damaged or defective item.
  • Give specific details and, if it’s feasible, attach pictures of the faulty or damaged goods.
  • If an item is damaged or defective, we will make arrangements for a replacement or provide a complete refund.

6. Refunds:

  • Should you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us right away.
  • We will cancel the order and provide a complete refund if it hasn’t been shipped.
  • Following shipment, the regular return policy is in effect.
